ROSE Holidays offers you the "Villa Bastion", completely renovated in the heart of the Arago district, just a stone's throw from the Sables d'Olonne beach. House that can accommodate up to 10 people.
This lovely home is ideally located, everything will be accessible on foot; city centre, market, local shops and beach.
The house is spread over 2 levels, fitted with disabled access. A private lift is at your disposal in the accommodation.
On the 2nd floor, you can enjoy a beautiful living-dining area open to the terrace, with a very pleasant view of the vegetation. The balcony is equipped with a pleasant garden furniture, deck chair, as well as a quality electric barbecue/plancha to ensure beautiful grilling evenings!

On the bedroom side, you will find two large bedrooms on the first floor. Each room is tastefully decorated, equipped with a wardrobe and new high-end quality bedding!

In the living room, a large 160 sofa bed with very comfortable bedding is offered.

The garage area will allow you to park your bikes and store your equipment such as windsurfing or surfboard!
